Preparing for Your ReEntry Success (P4:YRS) is an innovative, person-centered program designed by Calloway CDC. This 4-8 week hybrid course supports formerly incarcerated individuals in navigating the challenges of reentry, promoting personal growth, and reducing recidivism through a holistic approach. P4:YRS combines in-person workshops with a flexible virtual learning platform to deliver engaging, real-world content. Participants benefit from interactive sessions focused on key reentry concepts, including decision-making, narrative control, and resilience-building. Experiential learning activities like budgeting simulations, journaling exercises, and employment readiness workshops ensure that skills are practical and applicable to daily life.
